Rates and working relationships:

Our compensation rates are competitive and overall project lead-times are structured for efficiency. Hourly accounting, retainer agreements, single project terms or long-term contracts are available. Call or email with your specific requirements and a detailed, comprehensive quote or estimate will usually be returned within 24 hours. If required, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements (NDA's) will be reviewed and returned promptly, prior to detailed discussions.

Special arrangements will be considered for your critical path or accelerated project timing.

Project and CAD data submission:

Please forward extremely large CAD files on CD or DVD, along with any printed documentation, plotted drawings and other background information to our postal mailing address on the home page.
Email your CAD models, assemblies or drawings to: mark@imagineering-web.com (please WinZip or other common compression methods to reduce file size).
Alternative method: If your company maintains an FTP site, send us the site address, login name and password to a specific folder where the project data will be located.
For reference, our primary mechanical design software of choice is SolidWorks CAD 2008. Although, we can work in SolidWorks 2006 or 2007 to maintain interoperability with previous CAD software versions. AutoCAD files and many other CAD formats are accepted if notified in advance.
